If you are not satisfied after your first Pro payment, request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the charge date.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Monthly renewals are non-refundable once processed. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period.
After cancellation your account reverts to the Free plan (3 docs, 10 queries/month, 50 MB, PDF only). Documents beyond Free limits are kept for 30 days before deletion — download them beforehand.
In the event of a continuous service outage exceeding 72 hours caused by Doxium infrastructure, affected Pro subscribers may request a pro-rata credit against their next billing cycle. Email support@doxium.app to request a review.
