If you are not satisfied after your first Pro payment, request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the charge date.

To request a refund, email support@doxium.app with:

• Subject: "Refund Request – Pro"
• The email address on your account
• A brief reason (optional)

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Renewal Charges

Monthly renewals are non-refundable once processed. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period.

4. How to Cancel

• Via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your subscription confirmation email)
• By emailing support@doxium.app — processed within 1 business day

After cancellation your account reverts to the Free plan (3 docs, 10 queries/month, 50 MB, PDF only). Documents beyond Free limits are kept for 30 days before deletion — download them beforehand.

5. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Declined

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• A refund was already issued to the same account within the past 12 months
• Request received more than 7 days after the first charge

6. Extended Outages

In the event of a continuous service outage exceeding 72 hours caused by Doxium infrastructure, affected Pro subscribers may request a pro-rata credit against their next billing cycle. Email support@doxium.app to request a review.
